I got my line connection in October and l was told that you will get credit of service fee credited in second bill but it didn't happened.
Due to certain emergency I am going out of Canada and want leave Fido but no one is picking the call neither at the store nor Customer service support.
I don't have a contract.
I just want the credit in my account deducting the bill till date and stopping the services from today i.e. 29/112021
Now I can't visit physically.

Sorry to hear of your emergency needing to leave Canada. Unfortunately it isn't possible to cancel services online. If you would like to cancel your services, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
