Leaving Fido after 25 years

Just a note to let Fido know that after having been a loyal customer for over 25 years and having never missed a payment I have ended my relationship with Fido and you have lost a long time loyal customer. 

Fido calls it self a discount company but charges premium prices with out offering premium services. 

Ovwr  the past 6 months I have called Fido to complain that I am paying a premium price at 75 dollars a month but for this price I do not get 5G nor can I activate my cellular Apple Watch.   I have warned Fido that if they did not start offering these services for the price I'm paying I would end my relationship and today I did just that.  I have switched to Bell who is giving me 100 gb  of 5G  high speed data instead of the 50 gb slow lte I was getting at Fido and my Apple Watch activated for the same 75 dollars with visual voice mail. 


Even freedom is offering 50 GB of high speed data 5G and Apple Watch for 34 dollars a month.  

I would suggest for the price of Fido's plans Fido customers should look elsewhere.
