If I get the phone online can exchange the phone ?

I am getting iPhone 8 but want to change the phone to X. Phone is already shipped so once it comes I just call CC and they can exchange it for me ? 

How does it work ?

Hey @Swap22

When you receive your phone, you'll just need to contact customer service and they'll be able to exchange your phone for you.  They'll order an iPhone X for you and you'll just need to return the iPhone 8 that you no longer want.

how about if I want XS or XS max do you know if it is available or not ?

The iPhone Xs and Xs Max are available through reservation only! If this is the model you want, you would need to cancel your current upgrade and then reserve the phone via your online account. Once available you will be able to pick it up in store.
