No email confirmation for online phone order

Hello, So I ordered a new phone online from June 3 2023 and up until now I haven't got the email confirmation to pick it up!

Did you check your spam/junk folder? It is also possible the order was not processed as yet if the email is not in your spam/junk folder I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they can look at your account and better advise you.

I placed an order yesterday for my new upgrade but i never got any confirmation email anywhere and my order doesn't show up on my account. should i place my order again? i talked to customer service and they said i don't have any orders.
