Subject: Complaint Regarding Rude and Uncooperative Customer Service Experience

Dear Fido Customer Care Team (Sales team-Nadine)

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience with your customer service regarding my mobile data plan. Unfortunately, my interaction left me frustrated due to the unhelpful and unprofessional manner of your representatives.

Firstly, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, making it difficult to communicate my concerns effectively. Instead of offering solutions or attempting to understand my issue, I felt dismissed and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. Additionally, the lack of cooperation and unwillingness to explore potential solutions or escalate the issue was disheartening.

I’ve been a Fido customer for [specify how long, if applicable], and until now, I have always been satisfied with the service. This experience, however, has made me question my choice in service provider. I hope that Fido will take this feedback constructively and provide further training to ensure that all representatives handle customer inquiries with respect and professionalism.
