I put my email at the end of our live chat so that i can have a copy of my conversation with the agent.But until now,5 hours later,they haven't sent the transcript in my email.Any other way in which I can get a copy of the transcript?

I called they said that was the only way. Right now they are unable to retrieve it . I want it !!!!

You can get a copy of your chat transcript after each session. That said, if you're unable to do so for any reason, you can reach out to us on these channels and request a copy of it as well
As this is a request to access personal information on your account, our agents will be able to help you request your chat logs.
Chat logs records are available for 13 months. Some fees may apply as well.

Can you help me with my situation? I need a copy of the transcript but the live phone channel said they cannot get it, the live chat said they dont have it. noone seems to know anything! please help

I think you could ask an supervisor for your chat transcripts, normally the chat transcripts stay in a system for proof and protection.
