I just switched today from chatr to fido. Also transferred my old number to the new sim card. I don't know what to do with my chatr account, it is on auto-pay and I have no idea how to cancel the account or they might bill me. Hope anyone can help me with this. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I called Fido customer service about my concern and was informed chatr will automatically cancel my account. Checked my chatr account after an hour or two and my number was removed. 😊This pops up when I click my account details.

You would have to reach out to Chatr directly so they could help you with this and remove you from auto-pay!
