I ordered tha phone online and I changed my shipping address before I confirm the order but then Fido still put my old address for the shipping...I called Purolator before they ship it to my old address, then I called Fido agent to request a change of address to the shipping company (which is your SOP, and they don't allow me to change or even pick up my phone)... I waited for 2 days as what the agent told me after 2 days, Purolator still attempted to send it to my old address! I called Purolator to stop and called Fido agent AGAIN to change the address in the courier and no email or answer yet! I've been waiting for 5 days and no phone, can't pick it up, no email, no response!
