I can't change my address online. I don't see anywhere where it is even an option to change it.

Hi @Lauren108,
It sounds like you are logged in as an authorized user and not the account holder, if you are not the account holder you will need to get the account holder to make the change.
However, if you are the account holder you will have to re-register your account on fido.ca but this time choose account holder and not authorized user.

All I have under profile & settings is change my username, change my password, or set up a recovery phone number. No where to change billing address.
