Wondering how many of you actually get offered deals by fido reps only to find out that the Fido team cancelled it because they are not "compatible and eliglibe" 1 week later without informing you so that you can wait pointlessly and there is no support avaialble.
Contact them about it through chat and there is nothing they can do because only the Outbound/Winback team can apply the offers I was promised on BF,but teh rep offers to makes a request for them to call within 24-48h. No calls, contact Fido through phone and they can not do anything about it either, so I have to wait until then apparently.
I waited and chatted for 3 hours through the rep's technical issues because the rep promised an offer , have accepted a hard credit check, waited more than a week like a fool, only to be told when I contacted another rep for 1 hour that the back office team cancelled it (apparently they could't contact me even with all the infos I gave them to create an account and do a credit check), was told to wait for a call from Winback that never came and like a nail to a coffin, I was told to wait again when I called to inquire about it.
I waited 2 weeks, called, chatted and waited for 4 hours and had a hard credit check done apparently in vain because there is no plan, no account, no useful customer support, just time wasted.
Is there any teams in Fido that can actually do something? Apparently, the chat reps, the back-office team, Customer support, retention team can't do anything and the Outbound/Winback team seems to be a mythical unreachable existence.

Are Fido reps Black Friday Promotions False?
Yes, they are.
Don't trust all the monthly credits they promise you in a deal because it is higly likely it won't work.
Even if you escalate to the Office of the president, they can only give you half the deal promised and no whatsoever compensation for the trouble.
It seems the moderators here ( @FidoSolutions ) are , however, more competent than their Live chat, phone CS or any other team to get your case escalated. So, I can give them credit for that at least.
