Just received a call from 604-335-5641 offering a 40% decrease from Rogers and Fido. The first person took some details (approx monthly bill amount, whether I used an iPhone/Samsung, and whether I was with Rogers or Fido. Then she transferred me to her supervisor to discuss the promotion. He asked for my postal code (then confirmed my address) and then the voice pin for my account. When he claimed that it was incorrect he said he could confirm my account with three questions. The first was the exact amount of my last bill. The second was my account number. I didn't give him this, as I'd been feeling uncomfortable for a while, so I shut down the call.

Hi @Karin6 , that was definitely a phishing expedition to get your personal information. If you haven't done so already, I suggest you change your password and log in pin. Hopefully they didn't glean too much information. Stay vigilant and thank you for letting the community know.
