access to old invoice

Hi community 

I can't  downoald 2020 bills, I only have access to the last 18 months , when contacting customer service , I have been told that I have to pay 20$ per bill  so that they can send them by mail.

that's creazy!!! 

can someone know any other way to get these bills

  Welcome to the community!

  Unfortunately, if you wish to receive bills older than the last 18 months, you will need to request them from customer service for them to be reprinted. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. As you note, there is a fee for re-printing a bill (see here).
