Unable to access fido app many times a month

I'm unable to access fido app many times a month. I get a message that says session timed out or we've hit a snag. Am I doing something wrong or is the app a problem?

I would need a bit more info on this. Are you getting that message right when you open the app or after you log in? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that helps? 

 

Also, what phone are you using and are you running a compatible OS?

 

  • iPhone: iOS 6 or +
  • Android: 4 or +
  • Blackberry: OS 4.6 or +
  • Blackberry Z10 or BlackBerry Q10 (app for Blackberry 10 devices only)
  • Windows

Hi Claudia, my phone is I phone 6s, and when I try to open app, that's when message comes up. I have not tried to delete app. 

Thanks, @Kirb! Can you try deleting the app and re-downloading it?

Thank you, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, things seem to be working ok so far
