Each time I sign into my FIDO App, I get this same message ... they have been working on it for 5 weeks now! What use is it having this app?

When you go to Fido.ca, are you able to log in there? 

Did you also try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone? 

 

If you're still experiencing the same thing, don't hesitate to reach out to customer service who can look into it further with you.

Hello @BAF50,

 

Try to sign in as a guest with just your phone number and not with your email and password and see if it works.
