Resolved! Logging into my account using the app

Hi I have an issue logging into my account using the app. Each time I try it  it says I should verify my email. I have not seen anywhere where I can do this.  Please do anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

Resolved! unable to login with fido My Account application

I created my ID and Password and i am able to login on my computer with email and password BUT unable to login with my mobile application with same username and password.   i tried to contact fido via phone and chat but unable to connect with agent ....
