Resolved! Activating SIM Card

WHY IS THERE NO ACTIVATE SIM CARD BUTTON. FIDO SUCKS. There is no help anywhere on how to activate it. Even when I go to My DevicePlan and UsageThere is still no button anywhere on the page that says change SIM card. Someone Help!
