Resolved! Recovering Pictures From A Stolen Phone

My buddy's phone got stolen and he has some very important pictures of his friends on there. It's a Samsung A5 I believe so is there anyway he can recover his pictures ?  He is older so he doesn't have email unfortunately

I am planning to buy a Onepls 7 pro and I noticed that Fido isn't listed on the oneplus website with the networks that are compatible with the phone. So I wanted to ask will the Fido sim work with the phone or not?
