Facebook version was not moved to new phone

We transferred everything to new iphone 12 but not current version of facebook endup being moved.  How do we now update the old version to current?  Messenger has no contacts as well??

Just pre-ordered the new Samsung S21 Ultra 5G 512GB! So excited to get it!! I hope I get the Wireless Ear Buds and Smart Tag...it said while quantities last....fingers crossed!!
