I reserved a phone and now it has been shipped to the local store I chose. But now I changed my mind and don't want the phone anymore. Is it okay to cancel it or not pick it up? Will I still be charged $40 for the registration fee?

Iphone 12 pro max fido payment failure

I ordered an Iphone 12 pro max on December 8th at 6:01pm. While i was confirming the payment the fido page got stuck and 899.48$ got debited from my credit card. I didn't recieve any confirmation from fido yet regarding the payment of the order place...
