Certified Pre-Owned iPhone

Hi, I ordered a Certified Pre-Owned iPhone 16 Pro almost 4 weeks ago, but I haven't received any item or tracking number.

How long would it take for others? it states in the confirmation email that I would receive my order in 4-5 business days.

What should I do? I tried to contact Fido but the bot (AskJack) didn't understand a thing and it was not useful at all.

Same here! I ordered certified pre owned iphone 16promax last february this yr but until now no answer from them. At first it was okay for me to wait for 4weeks since it was a back ordered( it was not back order at first) 4weeks past I checked with JACK bot there was an update ESTIMATED DATE of deivery to 1-2weeks

 but now its been 5weeks they changed it again to UNAVAILABLE- this is so unfair to wait more than expected.
