Received damaged Certified Pre Owned iPhone

I ordered this Certified Pre Owned from Fido and got it today. I was so suprised that the phone is in such a bad condition! Big dents on 4 of the 2 corners. Is this so called "Certified Pre Owned"? Who certified this phone ?? I bought second- hand phone which was better than this phone's condition. This is unbelievable. I haven't turned on the phone and checked the battery life. This is totally unacceptable.

I would not be happy either then. I recently ordered the iPhone 11 Pro like new and it looks absolutely perfect. Battery health a little less than expected but cosmetically it's fantastic.

Try 86% for like-new, after being told they're no older than 30 days used.  Terrible

Just checked the battery health which is showing85% !! Unbelievable!! Definately returning this phone. This is a bad condition second hand phone, this is not a CPO

I'm curious was this classified as "lightly used" or "like new" condition? I'm tempted to order that iPhone 11 Pro but not if it comes all beat up.

Iphone Xs MAX is classified as "like new" condition. Which is totally a scam
