Hello, I ordered iPhone 16 pro online, I received email of order confirmation but however I couldn't see my active order on Fido app. Does anyone know what is the problem? How will I track my order? Or my order just auto cancelled? I tried to reach customer service but I was unable to talk with them.

Hi @karishma3 , fido app doesn't show device orders. At least it didn't at the time I ordered a device. You can try going fido.ca and sign in. The best way to get real-time information is call in to Fido support (*611 from your device), contact fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and request assistance by direct messaging. You might also receive an email from fido mentioning a change to your account (or something similar)
