i get an error saying my device is not supported. i have a galaxy s10+ and was told by support before ordering my plan that it would work with my device. what do I do? i live in a dead zone so require wifi calling for any plan, i dont want to cancel this plan if i dont have to.
Hey @sfsdfsfd! In order to set up Wifi-Calling, your compatible device must have been purchased from Fido. If you have a non-Fido device and no conflicting services, Wi-Fi Calling may work, but we can’t assure that the feature will work properly. We actually have a post in the Library here on the Community that you may want to look at.
