No Tracking Number after Place Order for Phone

I placed a order for a new phone and opened my account on the 22th, it has now been 6 days and I have not received any order confirmation or tracking number. I have tried to connect with support but never connected. Can anyone advice me how to contact Fido, its really difficult to connect with them ? This is very frustrating not knowing what is going on.


Hello @koantjung , you could try contacting Fido on Twitter by direct message to fidosolutions. It will be a dialogue over dm after answering some security questions. That way to don't have to be on hold by phoning. Hope you get a good response. Cheers
