Unable to set up wifi calling

Hello, I'm trying to thanks sigh calling on an iPhone 11. When I try to turn it on, I see this. And then spinner never stops even after ten minutes. How can I enable wifi calling?

I have the same problem and wondering how to resolve this. Bring up the same page with {{appname}}. iPhone 15, running on latest ios.

I just called them today. I told them I wanted to enable WiFi calling and they told me that it's already activated. I asked them to disable and re-enable my WiFi calling. After, I reset my network settings. Once I activate WiFi calling, it asked me to fill in my 911 address. And then it enabled.
