On Nov 25th at 900 Dufferin St, Toronto ON I was told by a Fido employee I qualified as an existing customer (4+years standing) and that I could get a $35 plan with 20gb. At the kiosk, they told me I had to call Fido. After three days of trying to call I was successful to speak with an agent yesterday yet was told that plan did not show up.
Meanwhile, my boyfriend who only started with Fido this year has this plan. I am upset, confused, and frustrated. How can Fido fix this?
This is what I am dealing with. My wife was offered the deal you mention. My son, who is on my account, was offered a very similar deal. My daughter and I would like to get the same plan as my son but Fido refuses. My only offer is $88 for 60GB. They only option is going to be to switch providers. Fido does not care.
