There are several different methods available to refill your prepaid account with a voucher:
FROM MY ACCOUNT ON FIDO.CA
Click here
- Log in to My Account.
- From the Overview section, click Refill Now.
- Click on Redeem Voucher and enter the voucher number.
FROM YOUR FIDO PHONE
Click here
- Call 611 or *868 free of charge and follow the refill instructions.
- Call *114* <14-digit voucher secret number> # and press the Call key (ex: *114*99999999999999#). This refill method does not work on Window phones.
NOTE: If you’re unable to refill your account by dialing *114*, below are the possible system messages you’ll get and what they mean:

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF A VOUCHER? LOOK NO FURTHER:
- $10 - valid for 30 days
- $20 - valid for 30 days
- $30 - valid for 30 days
- $50 - valid for 60 days
- $100 - valid for 365 days
