You can change your outgoing name display via My Account on Fido.ca.
How do to it? It’s as easy as 1-2-3 (4-5)
- Log into My Account
- Select View Usage & Manage next to the phone line you would like to modify
- Select Change My Call Display Name in the Quick Actions section under your plan details.
- Enter your new First Name and Last Name. Your Call Display Name should not contain special characters (except comma, apostrophes and spaces), letters with accents, profanity and prohibited words like “Unknown” or “Emergency”.
- Select Update. A window will appear showing your new Call Display Name.
Note that there is a delay of 24 hours before the change takes effect.
