You can change your outgoing name display via My Account on Fido.ca.
How do to it? It’s as easy as 1-2-3 (4-5)
Log into My Account
Select the phone line you would like to modify
Select Change My Call Display Name in the Quick Actions section under your plan details.
Enter your newFirst NameandLast Name.Your Call Display Name should not contain special characters (except comma, apostrophes and spaces), letters with accents, profanity and prohibited words like “Unknown” or “Emergency”.
SelectUpdate. A window will appear showing your new Call Display Name.
Note that there is a delay before the change takes effect.
