Hi all, i was reached out by winback team when i moved to virgin, and they suggested a plan that i liked.
i asked them to proceed with the order, however they only ordered 1 line and failed to order the other line.Now i am down 800$ since i ordered the phone with them too. But i cant move from virgin since i have only 1 line ordered and cant wait longer as my 15 days limit to return virgin is reaching fast. can anyone help with the same?
This is very frustrating called customercare multiple times, visited store and no one is able to help, they cant even reach this department.
