I tried to upgrade my account online but Fido actually created a new account and phone number. Now I am unable to contact anyone to get this resolved and a charge is pending for the new unwanted account. AskJack keeps timing out as no Agent responds ...

Error changing phone number

I am trying to change my phone number to an Ontario number, but I keep getting an error message. I don't want to call and pay the fee to change my number on the phone. I have tried different browsers and clearing my cache already. 

Resolved! Option for Interac has disappeared

No service, for 3 to 4 days

This is getting really bad. I have gotten no service what so ever. I still charged charge the full amount but your not delivering. It has been 3 days where I see on my phone "Fido unavailable". no service and can not even connect to your cell tower. ...
