Can I port a number from Fongo ( and internet phone service) to Fido?

Hi there @unikorn67 , you should be able to port you number from Fongo to Fido. I believe that you will need your fongo account number and it may take a little longer than from mobile to mobile. You should contact Fido first so that you have an account set up to port your number to. Then Fido will do the rest for you.

Thanks for the reply and I know I was told I could and I do have a Fido account but I was just talking with someone at Fido a while ago and she said cause It was considered a landline they couldn't since they can only port mobile to mobile and not landline to mobile at all even though this website says they can so I am a little confused.

There are instructions on verifying of your landline is portable. Give this a read and see if it applies to you.

Fido support is the best source of information on this. There are contact links on this page to help you out.
