Month to month to commitment Credit question

Hey there  Just signed up with a month to month plan, have a 500 credit limit on my account, question is this should I decide to sign a two year deal and get a new phone will I have to have another credit check done?

i'm the primary holder of this account but i can't view my usage, they said that billing details are only available to the primary acount holder..Please advice..thankyou

Call forwarding error message

What can I do if I get an error message: "Setting Activation Failed Voice Call Forwarding On All Calls"  I have an iPhone 5c, iOS latested update.  The Call Forward button under 'Settings' and 'Phone' does not work.  It just cycles.
