Resolved! Bango Fraudulent Charges

I've just been charged $188.81 to my account from Bango. There isn't an approved transaction on my App store or Google play. Nor do I download / play any games. I just spent 50 minutes with a customer service rep who said they can't do anything until...

I just got billed for $200 and i called customer service. They said i purchased thru Bango on a game with my tablet but no one is using my tablet. Someone needs to look at this or Fido will lose alot of customer.
