Where is my credit after cancelling my account?

I cancelled my phone account with Fido on Black Friday, Nov 26, 2021, but my billing date is on the 22nd of each month, and I paid for the full month (Nov 23 - Dec 22). It is now Dec 25, and my credit or the bill that should show a credit has not popped up on my account. I have called Fido numerous times about this, and they told me I will get a bill and refund since I paid for the full month. Where is my refund and credit bill? 


I kind of knew this would happen. I guess Fido plans to keep my money unless I keep complaining.




Good morning @jgrsnts , sorry to hear you canceled with Fido. The credit/refund takes a full billing cycle to show up. Sometimes it can be up to 2 or 3 cycles. The refund will show up, the delay is so that if you made any purchases or roaming calls with your device it will allow charges from other partners to show up. Don't worry,  Fido will issue your refund and like everywhere else, there is a delay to ensure accuracy. Hope you have a terrific New Year ahead
