Good morning @tulipwhh , when you return a device it has to go through a few processes. It has to be inspected for any damage to the device or packaging it came in. It has to be sanitized and then has to be reconditioned and returned to inventory. Unfortunately, it's not like going to a store and getting your money back right away. You will have your case processed but it still has to go through various steps to get to the end process. I hope that shed a bit of light on the returns process.
