Resolved! $5.00 price plan increase

From this month MY PLAN FEE (4+2GM, Talk & TEXT BYOP /1+3GB talk & TEXT BYOP) is increased with 2 numbers.   So total 10$ is increased without any notice to me.    That's very unwelcome. What happen to it?
