Live chat doesn’t helpful at all

I had a super disappointing  experience on Fido live chat with Sahilpreet. He could not provide any timely support or solutions for my urgent situation. And what's worse is his attitude - irresponsible AT ALL. Please send him to staff training.

ReCaptcha

I hate the reCaptcha security to get onto the Fido app!!!I get stuck in an infinite loop and cannot get past the screen. I'm not sure if it is an issue with my Android phone or the fido app.Very frustrating.
