Signed up for a tablet plan yesterday morning. But have not received any confirmation or contract yet. Is it normally due to COVID-19? Do I have to call customer service?

fraud

hi i am a victim of fraud i called customer service how someone used my account and ordered a phn with plan they said u will receive a call from fraud department but i don't receive any call yet i am so worried

Change Call Display name

Ok I have read through this thread and currently I do not even have the option in the menu to change the display name. I have 4 lines on my account and the names need to be changed. Please let me know how this can be achieved ASAP. Thanks,
