I have some support issues I need resolved. Fido provides no support email, so I tried to enter Chat, but my login timed out before my queue position (#99) was served. So, I tried to submit my query through Chat again, but was told “Sorry, we're not able to place you in queue as all our Live Chat Specialists are assisting other customers. Please try again later.”
Fido has no support email and no chat at this time.
