Fido support subpar

I have some support issues I need resolved. Fido provides no support email, so I tried to enter Chat, but my login timed out before my queue position (#99) was served. So, I tried to submit my query through Chat again, but was told “Sorry, we're not able to place you in queue as all our Live Chat Specialists are assisting other customers. Please try again later.”

Fido has no support email and no chat at this time.

Fido does not provide any support via e-mail, if the wait time is too long for the live chat you can always call them or message them over social media, see here for all the different methods to contact them.
