Je ne voit plus mes données restantes

Sur une de mes lignes je ne voit pas se qui me reste de go j'ai appelé et on me dit rien a faire et que en plus il ne reste plus rien et on me dit que suppose metre sur pause automatique mais pas sur trouve pas fort comme réponse.
