similar like this I got a message it shows fido wants to give 90 dollar to me.

and theres a link as weal.

When I click it wanst my bank info .

is that ok to give the bank info or it something else.

That message is most definitely SPAM. Fido won't send e-transfers via email or text message. If they do provide you with a credit they will simply credit your account. Fido is doing all that it can to prevent SPAM SMS and you can help by forwarding these messages to 7726 (SPAM) see here.
