Fido Customer Service Chat is Down

Is anyone else not able to use the customer service chat? Everytime I try and start one, whether it's on a mobile phone or PC, it just loads a blank page. Not sure where else I can let fido know.

One year contest

I was wondering where August and September's winners were? I also noticed that in June and July there were four exact winners, what are the odds of that? I'm starting to think that some of these contest are bogus and set up.

Resolved! Credit limit or suspended account due to unpaid bills?

When I signed up it showed on my paperwork an $800 dollar credit was applied to the account. My bill is only 250, apparently I am misunderstanding the conditions to which the $800 is available for. It appears that it doesn't allow for account suspens...
