Very poor service, dismal sign up process, deceitful customer support and billing: i was charged $50 activation fee even though site says it us waived Fido sucks

Resolved! Regarding deposit money

Hi,  it's been almost 15 months I haven't received my 250$ deposit money. I think I was supposed to get it back after a year but no update it. It's really frustrating. Can anyone please help me with the issue?
