Why does Fido not provide a CLEAR method of providing feedback/submitting complaints

I just had a customer service experience (over online chat) which was exceptionally unsatisfactory and subpar, to say the least. And there was no customer satisfaction survey at the end of this chat (like with other companies that are eager to provide excellent customer experience). 

There does not appear to be a method to submit complaints, which also does not bode well for Fido. You would think there would be a clearly delineated email address or so, if the company was interested in continuously providing and improving customer care. This does not appear to be the case. 
Please provide a clear method to submit complaints, so that your customers can provide you feedback directly, instead of over social media or the BBB
