Resolved! Does the 1000 international minutes apply to the US?

I have an add-on, 1000 International LD Minutes. I would like to make a call to the US but I'm unsure whether my 1000 International LD Minutes would apply to calls to the US. Will I be charged extra to make calls to the US?  Thank you
