Voicemail not working on Android phone

When I hold 1 from my mobile and it takes me to the voicemail menu, it asks me to enter my ten digit telephone number, when I enter it and press pound, it says that is an invalid number, also when I try to access call forwarding menu, the loading circle keeps loading forever and doesn't access call forwarding menu, I have entered the Fido voicemail numbers for Ontario in the voicemail setting, but it still asks me to enter my 10 digit number and doesn't recognize it when I enter it.

Did you just become a Fido customer or did you change your plan? It sounds like the voicemail hasn't activated properly and you will need to contact customer support directly and they can reset it on their end.
