Hi. I wanna know what is the Fido MACC cuz Fido is charged me for two times with 50.40 CAD Dollars in one day after 12 days after my monthly payment.what should i do? I wanna the money back to my account.#fido MACC

Resolved! Temporary suspension

Hello, if I suspend my monthly service (not financing program), can I still use the same plan with all the discounts credit applied on my account after resuming the service? And is it $7 a month for freezing or $12? Thanks
