I've been on hold for over an hour and a half - this is insane! Who is running this company and why do they think this is at all acceptable? Horrible, Horrible Company!!

Hey @KarenHatesFido , sorry to hear that you're having difficulty getting through fido. May I suggest you try reaching out to fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook? I usually have very positive results this way and it doesn't require being on hold. DM them and then you can message back and forth after answering some security questions. All the best
