Nor getting what quoted

I just received my first billing and its noy what was quoted to me online. Tried chat online not much satifation, tried 611 says not open. Saved chat when signed up , doesn't seem to matter.

Resolved! promised discount does not show on my account

I was promised by the sales call and confirmed by the customer service representatives that a $10 off discount would be applied to my account and call me back in 24-48 hours,  but no phone call from fido for a long time.
