Hi, 

I transfered over to a different provider a few days ago and received and email from Fido with regards to someone reaching out to me. 
I received two calls today from Fido winback team and for some reason every time I answer the call it hangs up. Is there another way to reach the winback department?

Good Morning All, I had switched after being with Rogers and Fido for 10+ years. Once I had changed we recieved a call back and had an offer of 40% off our monthly bill for the next 2 years. I waited 2 weeks for the second call back but it never come I called and got customer service and they had offered me a 50G plan for 29$ a month which I was very happy with and agreed to it, tho I was driving and asked the lady to call me back after one hour when I was home, and nothing sice (3 days ago) I tried calling customer service but they could not help and said it needs to come from the win back team only. Last night at 7pm my cell range once from the call back team and when I answered the call had already been dropped. My question is what type of buisness is it when a customer has to chase the buisness to come back, almost like there is a lack of caring for resolve.......................

Good Morning, I just had to write and tell all about how I have been treated with Fidos win back team. I left FIDO approx. 6 weeks ago, and since I have had a couple of calls from FIDO asking me to come back. (Keeping in mind I have two numbers to come back) The last call from the win back people I was driving and I asked for 1 hour to get home so we could finish the conversation, which the lady from the win back team agreed but never did call back. No I have twice since called FIDO general line and talk the people of the buy back offer which they could not match and had a call back rescheduled with the win back team. Of the two calls I only recieved one call back and the phone ang once and when I picked up the call it was a dial tone.What I cannot believe after 14 years with Rogers and Fido they now have the oppurtunity to gain two cell numbers back under their umbrella but its almost like they are so huge they can be bothered, which in todays day and time I would think it would have been a just on offer...........................Now for my last attempt can some one please call me back and stop giving me the information number for some one who cannot offer me the win back offer ??????....................................................Frustrated in Sudbury.............................

I was supposed to get a winback call which I did but it was supposed to be from a supervisor. Have been waiting for a month now.

You mentioned that you did receive a call from Winback, was everything not resolved during that first call?

I received a call from them and they gave me a better offer. but I was in the class so he offered a callback. but its been 5days now. I wanted to know if the offer still works. coz I went to Fido store and they don't offer the same

They made me an offer but the guy said the supervisor will callback with a better offer. Nobody called me, been waiting for that call for months now lol

There is no phone number to reach the Winback team directly, as the agents all have their own specific number.

Would you be able to assist me by taking a look at my account and getting in touch with the Winback team from your side. I have been trying to get a hold of them for the past 3 weeks and I have been unable to. I am having the same issue as the member above. I have talked to multiple Fido agents and they were unable to get me a call back, could you please help me out?
