I left Fido in November and I received an email saying that fido ambassador will call me with exclusive offer. I received calls from +1 (833) 447-9898 for more than 10 times. I picked up the call for 4-5 times. Everytime, the call was disconnected after 3-4 seconds. When I called the number back, it went straight to voicemail. When I tried to contact Fido agent through the mobile app online chat, they just said that they don't have the contact information of winback team. What can I do?

You can reach our customer service team and ask if there are notes left in your account from that team. If there are, Care will be able to request a callback for you. Keep in mind that it is not guaranteed you'll be reached back.
