$457.92 as my service restoral fee. WOW!

Hi,

       My temporary suspension started on May 31st, 2024 and ended on December 3rd, 2024. I just got my bill today in which it's mentioned that the service restoral fee is $457.92 + HST.

Is there anything like service restoral fee? If yes, how much is it? definitely not what I got charged.

Any answers are highly appreciated. Thank you.
